Agreement to Terms

By using Strong Hold Ankeny Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services We Provide

Strong Hold Ankeny Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and your vehicle condition at the time of service.

We make every effort to respond quickly and provide safe transport for your vehicle. However, response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, time of day, and the number of service calls we receive.

Payment and Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all charges related to the towing or roadside service provided.

Prices are quoted based on the information you provide about your vehicle and situation. If we arrive and find the situation is different than described, the price may change to reflect the actual work needed. We will inform you of any price changes before starting work.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before we tow it. While we take care to protect your vehicle during transport, we are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle or damage to items left in the vehicle during towing.

You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the problem you are experiencing. If you provide false or misleading information, you may be charged additional fees.

You must be the owner of the vehicle or have written authorization from the owner to request towing services. We may ask for proof of ownership or authorization before providing service.

Liability and Insurance

Strong Hold Ankeny Towing carries insurance as required by Iowa state law. We take care to handle your vehicle safely and professionally. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or damage that occurs due to the condition of your vehicle.

If your vehicle has existing damage, low ground clearance, modified suspension, or other conditions that may affect towing, please inform us before service begins. We cannot be held liable for damage that results from these pre-existing conditions.

Our liability is limited to the actual cash value of your vehicle or the cost of repairs, whichever is less. We are not liable for any consequential damages, including lost wages, rental car costs, or other indirect costs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your service request at any time before our driver arrives at your location. If you cancel after our driver has been dispatched, you may be charged a trip fee to cover our driver's time and fuel costs.

If we arrive at your location and you are not present or your vehicle is not accessible, you will be charged for the service call even if no towing takes place.

Disputes

If you have a problem with our service, please contact us immediately at (515) 405-0406 or hi@towserviceankeny.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled under Iowa state law. You agree that any legal action related to our services must be filed in Polk County, Iowa.
